Order by midday Monday to Thursday for next-day delivery to most addresses; orders placed Friday to Sunday are packed and sent on the following Monday. Every pack travels insulated, and the 2 kg portion size keeps the cold chain simple.

Fish is cleaned and cut to an even thickness; shellfish and crustaceans are cleaned and chilled. Cooked or prepared items only need warming or plating.
