Orders are packed chilled and sent overnight across New Zealand. Order by midday Monday to Thursday for next-day delivery to most addresses; orders placed Friday to Sunday are packed and sent on the following Monday. Every pack travels insulated, and the 2 kg portion size keeps the cold chain simple.
